RIS was established in 2002, to provide a comprehensive range of solutions to the global market that had previously been considered unavailable. Solutions that put our Clients in control of retail payments, technology, Point of Sale, loyalty programs and many other aspects of the retail environment.

All RIS solutions are thin client, on-demand and provide financial institutions, terminal vendors and merchants, a platform to service a suite of products to grow their existing merchant or customer base. We are bank and terminal agnostic allowing our clients the flexibility to choose which devices they wish to deploy our solutions across.

RIS ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF THE I-RIS SUITE OF PAYMENT AND DATA TOOLS

After a significant investment and development process, RIS is pleased to announce it has finalised the venerable i-RIS platform and associated suite of payment and value-added applications. This includes our new On-Demand i-PAY payment engine, i-SCAN Data capture tools, i-ECR (POS) Integrated/Interface module, iV-STOCK which supports prepaid and recharge products and more. The i-RIS solution also includes support for IP, dial and GPRS payments, providing merchants with a range of 'speed' transactions. The i-RIS Operating System and suite of Solutions are device and acquirer independent.

RIS SECURES CONTRACT TO PROVIDE PAYMENT SYSTEMS TO INDEPENDENT PETROLEUM SITES

RIS has entered into a strategic supply agreement to provide Eftpos/POS and scan data systems to the largest independent fuel group in Australia. Our client has entered into a joint venture with RIS, which will provide advanced Eftpos/POS and scan data systems to the Retailers. It is anticipated the system will process in excess of AUD$1 Billion in payment transactions alone, per annum and Q2 of 2009 has seen the start of this rollout.
